http://memorialhealth.kintera.org/thenextgeneration to complete the membership information and choose your annual membership level. The Next Generation through the Memorial Health Foundation is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.

I'm writing to share an opportunity to support The Children's Hospital at Memorial University Medical Center, the only children's hospital in southeast Georgia and South Carolina. Last year, The Children's Hospital served children from over 49 counties and treated over 49,000 children in its outpatient clinic and emergency department and admitted over 2,500 into the hospital. Additionally, over 310 neonates were transported to the region's only Level III Newborn Intensive Care unit.

The Next Generation is a group of young professionals, parents, neighbors and friends committed to:
• Ensuring that children and families of the Coastal Empire and surrounding areas have access to a premier healthcare facility without having to leave Savannah.
• Donating their time and resources to benefit patients and families at our local facility.
• Providing access to healthcare and parenting educational opportunities for their own families and families in our community. Members of The Next Generation believe Savannah's children deserve the best experience possible through premier medical teams and state of the art technology and facilities. In the coming year, The Next Generation plans to:
• Purchase medical equipment on the "wish list" created by hospital staff.
• Provide Birthday and "End of Chemotherapy" celebrations to pediatric patients in the hospital.
• Decorate the three pediatric wings for holidays.
• Conduct educational socials for families in our community.

How to Join: We invite you to become a member of The Next Generation by contributing $100 or $200 annually to this effort. In addition to knowing you've made a difference in the lives of children and families in our community, you'll also receive with your annual membership:

FRIEND - $100 annual membership fee (per family). Benefits include:

• A quarterly newsletter with relevant healthcare news for your children and family
• Free entry and food to the Spring Mommies and Mimosas Fashion Show and the Summer Member Appreciation Party
• Invitations for you and/or your family to participate in social, volunteer and fundraising events.
• The Next Generation car decal
• 1 ticket in a raffle for various items to be conducted at our Member Kickoff Party on February 23rd (invitation to follow)
• Recognition as a Friend member of The Next Generation.

PATRON - $200 annual membership fee (per family). Benefits include:

• All Friend membership benefits listed above.
• 2 adult tickets to our annual BBQ, Brews and Bluegrass fundraiser and recognition as a Patron of the event.
• 5 tickets in the raffle referenced above.
• Recognition as a Patron member of The Next Generation.
